              ~  Ladies suite for the bridal party to dress includes tall 3 sided mirror, antique sofa and spacious full bath

              ~  Gentlemen’s dressing suite equipped with large mirrors, reclining chairs, cable tv & Bluetooth speaker

              ~  Adjacent suite for parents & grandparents

              ~  Cheese & Fruit Platters for bridal party with light refreshments

              ~  White wedding chairs with padded seats set in Lake View Ceremony Garden, April - Oct

                   Or in our on site Wedding Chapel, Nov – March (back up weather plan April – Oct with no extra fee)

              ~  Iced water offered upon arrival for guest’s refreshment under covered Pavilion

              ~  Use of shepherd hooks, indoor or outdoor available

              ~  Ceremony direction

              ~  Use of Estate for portrait or engagement shoot

              ~  60” round tables to seat 8-10 guests with gold chivari chairs large wood parquet dance floor, buffet & accent tables

              ~  Use of 2 standing easels

              ~  16 led wall wash up lights in our Grand Ballroom, an array of colors to choose from

              ~  Custom menus & table numbers with silver stands

              ~  Outdoor covered Cocktail lounge Edison lighting and colored led up lighting

              ~  Use of 4 large silver candelabras, 3 cylinders with floating candles, round mirrors and tea lights for guest tables

Saturdays – April through October   $7000 + $7000 Food & Beverage minimum

Sundays – April through October   $5000 + $6000 Food & Beverage minimum

Saturdays & Sundays November through March  $4500 + $5000 Food & Beverage minimum

 

 

*All Food & Beverage must be provided by Hudson Manor LLC and is subject to 20% service fee with the exception of a wedding cake. *8 hour package  (3 hours dressing in Manor House, 5 hours from ceremony start to reception end) Vendors may come as early as 8 am the day of the wedding to set up and will be    allowed 1 hour after reception ends to pick up/vacate.   Rev 2/1/2018
