Your search for the perfect all inclusive wedding venue has led you to The Hudson Manor Estate.  As the first Triangle area venue to offer a true All Inclusive wedding package, we've become well known for creating seamless and stress free weddings.  Our all inclusive wedding packages are just what every busy couple needs to enjoy their wedding planning from start to finish.  We include our planning list, rehearsal & ceremony direction and 'day of' coordination in every package to ensure every event runs like clockwork.  

 

Our experienced professional staff handles everything from set up to clean up, no need to recruit family members or friends.  Turn key, stress free...rest easy, it's all included! From our inception, we have offered the most inclusive packages in North Carolina and beyond.  We know you have many beautiful wedding venues in the Raleigh/Durham area to choose from, so we'd like to point out what makes different.

The Grand Ballroom

Climate controlled spaces!  We built our Grand Ballroom in 2005 with comfort and style in mind.  The seating capacity in our Ballroom and Chapel is 180 with indoor buffet, dance floor and bar, other options can be discussed for guest counts up to 250.  Providing on site catering and beverage was a priority when considering the plans for our state of the art commercial kitchen, conveniently attached to our Grand Ballroom.  With a lake view, the attached Covered Cocktail Veranda accommodates your guests with cushioned patio seating, a pyramid South Beach heater and dressed cocktail tables.  Adding colored up lighting and Edison strings in the trees completed the cool vibe.  

While best suited to accommodate a DJ, with smaller groups a band fits nicely too. There is more than adequate area for dancing on our wood parquet oversized dance floor. Check out the 3-D video on our gallery page (must view on PC or Mac) to virtually walk through our buildings.  The space is climate controlled and the lighting dims for photographs and dancing.  Colored LED up lighting is also included with all our packages and creates a club like feel for your dance party.  The restrooms well appointed and clean with huge standing mirrors in the ladies and men's rooms. There is plenty of free parking with attendants on hand. We provide comfortable suites in the Historic Manor House for you and your wedding party to dress and relax before the ceremony begins.

Wedding Chapel & Lake View Ceremony Garden

Most groups like the convenience of hosting the wedding ceremony at the same location as the wedding reception. It simplifies the day for you and your wedding guests. Quaint yet elegant, our convenient on site wedding chapel is the ultimate back up for our unpredictable, ever changing North Carolina weather.  The Chapel is easily decorated to suit your tastes.  Niches, wide window sills, columns and shepherd hooks create opportunities for a custom look.  

 

Dreaming of an outdoor ceremony? Our lush columned garden provides a gorgeous stage, with our private 5 acre lake clearly visible in the back ground. White padded guest seating is arranged in the emerald green grass on either side of the 75 foot long isle.  A Wisteria vine covered arbor begins the walk down to your circle of friends and family, surrounded by butterfly bushes, climbing roses and other seasonal flowering plants.  Nature has provided (with a little help from us) a beautiful backdrop so that you can spend your decorating dollars on other things important to you.  Recognizing that the single most stressful aspect of planning an outdoor wedding ceremony, is worrying about what the weather will be like on that day.  We offer our elegant on site wedding chapel to use (at no extra cost) in the event of inclement weather.

Use the carriage house for a country, farm feel.  We'll even let you use Sassy our beautiful Palomino as a prop! Acres of well kept lawns lead down to the crystal clear private lake, a favorite spot for engagement pictures.  Show your florist our new Honeysuckle vine oversized outdoor wreath. They'll love to dress it up with your choice of florals for a unique and ever lasting image.  The Butterfly Garden explodes with color between June and September.  The front of the Historic Manor House (built in 1916) with it's massive white columns and curved brick front step is a favorite spot for family formals while the custom Juliette Balcony provides a romantic set for a bridal portrait.

Your Wedding Budget

Even our base package includes more amenities and services than most other venues offer in their All Inclusive packages. There are no hidden costs or fees.  All catering & beverage is subject to an industry standard 20% service fee and 6.75% North Carolina state sales tax (where applicable). We have tried to create packages that are realistic for budget-minded brides as well as more extravagant offerings.  We offer Sunday incentives as well as off-season price breaks.  Our extensive complimentary wedding planning process contains many tips on how you can save money with other vendors as well.  We offer a wide variety of cocktail items and buffet options. Custom menus are discussed upon booking so there are no surprises.  Our goal is to meet and exceed all our clients' expectations.  We have been doing just that since 2004, earning us numerous prestigious awards.  Wether you are dreaming of an intimate wedding with 25 guests or a large gathering up to 250, The Hudson Manor Estate is a wonderful choice.
